Night Operations Specialist

As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our daily hotel transactions. This role is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Check-in and check-out of guests with precision and courtesy.
- Audit all daily hotel transactions and shift reports, identifying and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Process reservations and billing information with accuracy and professionalism.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the Night Auditor will also be expected to:
- Conduct regular site walks to ensure the hotel's safety and security protocols are being met.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service, even in challenging situations.
- The availability to work on a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills, with a focus on maintaining a professional image at all times.
