Customer Support Operations Officer

 

 

As a Customer Support Operations Officer, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex customer enquiries. This position will also involve liaising with customers and service providers to provide oversight and manage the house drains program and plumbing services.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Investigate and resolve all types of customer complex enquiries and complaints
  • Provide a customer centric experience with a focus on resolution
  • Assist and develop customer programs to enhance customer experience
  • Provide oversight, guidance and manage house drains program interactions and plumbing services.
  • Work with our Accounts Solutions team to provide support and assistance to customers in hardship.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage the investigation of complex customer complaints and negotiate appropriate resolutions for the business and the customer.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer and software skills
