Warehouse Stock Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Stock Manager to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to process.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of stock – from incoming deliveries and store allocations, to warehouse organization and inventory management, while guiding our Warehouse team.

  • Develop daily workflows for all warehouse stock functions, supporting your team in delivering accuracy and efficiency metrics, while embodying our core values.
  • Maintain a well-organized and optimized warehouse environment, ensuring stock integrity and accuracy through regular stock takes, minimizing loss, and upholding compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with stores and fulfillment teams to guarantee seamless delivery of stock to our customers.
  • Remain knowledgeable about our products, brands, and industry trends.
  • Drive improvements in systems and processes.
  • Manage rosters, attendance, team availability, and policy adherence.
  • Contribute to broader business strategy and leverage unique learning opportunities.
