At Secure Parking, we're looking for a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, designing and developing solutions, and working closely with the development team.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring all requirements are documented, and a deep understanding of technical concepts and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) to solve business problems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
  • Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Drilling down into each request to accurately define the underlying problem.
  • Working closely with the development team to design and develop effective, quality, and functional solutions.
  • Providing functional and technical guidance and support during the development lifecycle.
  • Initiating, planning, developing, monitoring, and controlling projects and enhancements.
  • Creating comprehensive documentation for business processes, requirements, workflows, and solutions.
  • Providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing existing systems and processes while staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Ensuring stakeholder alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions and projects.
  • Working closely with project managers and change managers to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects.

Professional certifications such as IIBA, CBAP, or PMP are preferred, as well as experience in a project management role and understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously are essential for this role.

Experience with project management tools and techniques, flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements, and a keen eye for detail are also required.
