About the Role:

  • Roster management ensures coverage at all times, including supporting the team during times of illness.
  • Servicing as an integral part of the team, often being the only person on shift, requires a 'hands-on' professional approach.
  • Ownership of guest experience in the restaurant, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Ordering and stock control, liaising with the Executive Chef and Sales and Marketing teams for conferences and events.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting responsibilities.
  • Training and development of the F&B team, growing and learning new skills.
  • Recruitment assistance from the Talent and Culture Manager.
