Project Coordinator

A leading Australian IT company, Softtest pays pty ltd is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team.
As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing scheduling activities across large-scale projects and programs.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in project scheduling and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
We are looking for someone who can work independently with minimal supervision and has strong communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop and maintain project timelines, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and sponsors
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project scheduling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and tools
