Expert Interior Design Career Opportunity

As a highly skilled and talented interior designer, you can fast-track your career and eventually lead a design division in a rapidly growing company – bringing their design function fully in-house.

This is a rare opportunity to grow with a business that values energy, creativity, and leadership potential. You'll work directly with senior decision-makers, shaping projects from concept to completion, with the scope to build your own design team over time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative layouts, test fits & concepts that nail the brief
  • Translate workplace strategy into functional, engaging interiors
  • Specify finishes, fittings & furniture (FFE)
  • Present designs to clients & lead stakeholder sessions
  • Produce accurate drawings & documentation in AutoCAD/Revit
  • Work closely with construction & procurement for smooth delivery
Requirements:
  • 3–6+ years' commercial interiors / workplace design experience
  • Skilled in AutoCAD (or Revit) & Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio of commercial office projects & FFE know-how
  • Knowledge of BCA, NCC & Australian Standards
  • Confident communicator with a client-facing presence
