Nursing Professionals Wanted: Delivering High-Quality Aged Care

As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team in delivering high-quality aged care. Our organisation is committed to enriching the lives of our residents and their families, and we believe that our staff play a vital role in achieving this goal.
A key part of our team will be providing medical support to our residents, which includes seeing to their medical needs, documenting clinical information, and leading by example as a health and safety role model. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other members of our team. You will also need to have a real desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, as well as empathy and understanding for the needs of older adults.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an aged care environment, as well as a nursing degree and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). They will also possess solid documentation skills and knowledge of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) system.
