Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team in St George Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Your primary focus will be on understanding the individual needs and circumstances of our customers and delivering tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working closely with our sales teams to achieve sales targets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, fostering great relationships with our customers and colleagues alike.

Requirements
  • Experience in customer service with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
