**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Health Information Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing health information administration services and performing various clerical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collate and prepare all clinical documentation into the approved health record in accordance with AS 2828 and agency policies.
  2. Enter data associated with patient information, including reviewing, scanning, uploading, and maintaining clinical documentation, while applying quality assurance processes.
  3. Process confidential patient health records, both digitised and paper based, in a timely and confidential manner.

**Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in using health information systems
