Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the B2B Sales & Marketing Manager in driving campaign consistency, streamlining communications, and lifting operational effectiveness across sales initiatives.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Strategic & Executive Support

    • Preparation of internal reports and slide decks

    • Analysing and visualizing key numbers

    • Drafting and formatting internal and external communications

    • Preparing sales leads ahead of meetings with stakeholder notes, agendas, and data insights

    • Maintaining initiative trackers, calendars, and team action plans

    • Identifying revenue opportunities and flagging at-risk agents

    • Monitoring BDM sales activity and providing feedback to Sales Managers

    • Preparation and delivery of monthly Reddii Reports

  • Campaign & Comms Execution

    • Building and distributing Deal of the Week/Trending Offers EDMs

    • Drafting LinkedIn content, agent updates, and partner communications

    • Supporting event planning and logistics (e.g., agent events, expos)

  • Admin & Agent Enablement Support

    • Triage of agent queries and maintenance of agent feedback logs

    • Collaboration with the wider team to support building Salesforce records and prepare enablement materials

    • Monitoring platform usage and flagging inactive agents for follow-up

    • Assistance with onboarding communications and education session logistics

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B or B2C marketing role or similar
  • Experience in end-to-end CRM campaign management
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Tableau, and Canvas highly regarded
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with member programs highly regarded
