Data Centre Security Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as a Facility Security Specialist.
You will oversee the security of data centers, ensuring the safety of employees and customers. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and construction teams to synchronize security services with other business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive program security guidance concerning personnel, physical, operational, technical, industrial, counterintelligence, and media management.
- Create, implement, communicate, and manage security requirements at a large site, providing day-to-day multi-discipline program security operations support.
- Draft and review security documentation to include transportation plans, procedures, and CONOPs.
- Proactively identify program and physical security requirements, problems, and solutions to successfully sustain and enhance the security of program execution.
- Expertise in physical security systems, including facility security installations, surveillance systems, and electronic access control systems.
- Demonstrated track record of growth and increasing responsibility that require maturity, judgment, negotiation, analytics, and influence skills.
- Ability to effectively employ a third-party guard force in a dynamic operating environment.
