This role involves administering and coordinating operational tasks and processes within the organisation. This includes:
- Delivering operational activities across the employee lifecycle - new starters, employment changes and terminations;
- Answering first line enquiries from managers and staff escalating issues and queries appropriately;
- Attending and covering reception duties when required;
- Managing and maintaining staff records;
- Leading and contributing to process improvement projects.
About You
We are looking for a team player who can operate under competing pressures and has experience capturing and improving processes. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience using database systems, ideally an HRIS;
- The ability to deliver multiple administration processes independently while meeting stakeholder expectations;
- Outstanding attention to detail;
- The ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets;
- Exceptional administration skills;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications - degree in Human Resource Management (desirable);
- Experience within a people function (desirable).
