This role involves administering and coordinating operational tasks and processes within the organisation. This includes:

  • Delivering operational activities across the employee lifecycle - new starters, employment changes and terminations;
  • Answering first line enquiries from managers and staff escalating issues and queries appropriately;
  • Attending and covering reception duties when required;
  • Managing and maintaining staff records;
  • Leading and contributing to process improvement projects.

About You

We are looking for a team player who can operate under competing pressures and has experience capturing and improving processes. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience using database systems, ideally an HRIS;
  • The ability to deliver multiple administration processes independently while meeting stakeholder expectations;
  • Outstanding attention to detail;
  • The ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets;
  • Exceptional administration skills;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications - degree in Human Resource Management (desirable);
  • Experience within a people function (desirable).
