Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversion.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans with clear objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including audience targeting, bidding, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Collaborate with agencies/freelancers to ensure creative assets meet brand specifications.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Implement A/B tests across ads, creative, targeting, and messaging to enhance performance.
  • Maintain a testing backlog and document learnings to inform future campaigns.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads and Meta)
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with budgeting, pacing, and optimization techniques
