Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to lead project construction and ensure compliance with EHS regulations on site.

This key role involves overseeing the management of multiple subcontractors, reviewing construction documentation, and conducting regular audits to guarantee thorough site compliance.

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in managing multi-cultural teams and workforces.
  • Provide guidance on occupational hazard awareness and participate in HSE weekly meetings.
  • Collaborate with operational staff to identify high-risk activities and support requirements.
  • Ensure effective preventative actions and reporting of incidents and near misses.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • 10+ years HSE/construction experience within the pharmaceutical or similar industry.
  • Strong technical skills in EHS management and emergency responses.
  • A 'can-do' attitude with a desire to be hands-on.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
