Key Roles and Responsibilities

The incumbent plays a vital role in overseeing daily store operations, supervising the team and supporting their development to ensure outstanding service is provided to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success.
  • Availability to work Sunday to Thursday.
  • Coach and develop team members.
  • Live genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.
  • Set a positive example.
  • Often have opening and closing responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience or ready for that next step.
  • Strong leadership work ethic.
  • Manage a team & delegate tasks to available skill sets.
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
  • Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge.
  • Flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence.
  • Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature).
  • Prioritise safety.

Note: This role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving.
