Key Responsibilities- Support clients with personal care, domestic duties, and meal preparation.
- Assist with community participation, social outings, and recreational activities.
- Help clients achieve their individual goals and enhance their independence.
- Document daily progress and report any concerns.
- Collaborate with care teams and other staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum of 12 months' work experience as a support worker in Australia.
- Completed Cert 3/4 Individual Support/Disability or equivalent qualification.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check number.
- Medication Administration Certificate and evidence of 6-months' experience.
- Fully vaccinated with Covid vaccination/Booster and Flu.
- Manual Handling Certificate and evidence of 6-months' experience.
- Working With Children Check.
- Current Driver's license with reliable transport.
- Above Award pay rates.
- Weekly pay cycle.
