Support Associate

We seek dedicated Support Associates to deliver essential support services for aged, frail and disabled individuals in their homes.

• Maintain client confidentiality and report well-being changes to the Service Coordinator.
• Perform household tasks and assist with daily living activities.
• Engage respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating reliability and flexibility.

All applicants must hold a relevant Certificate III qualification and have previous experience in direct care services within a health-related field, including working with aged, frail or disabled persons.

This role involves delivering personalized support services to enable clients to maintain independence at home.

Key aspects of this role include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current AQF Certificate III qualification relevant to the position.
• Previous experience in providing direct care services in a health-related field, including experience working with aged, frail or disabled persons.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
