**Overview**

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking dedicated Community Support Workers for our 2024/2025 annual intake to provide essential support to aged, frail, and disabled individuals wishing to maintain their independence at home.

Based primarily at our sites in Minlaton, Wallaroo, and Maitland, you'll deliver personalised care across the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, helping clients with daily activities such as hygiene assistance, domestic tasks, and social support for shopping, banking, and medication collection. Your compassionate approach will empower clients, encouraging their strengths and fostering independence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain client confidentiality and report well-being changes to the Home Based Services Coordinator.
- Perform household tasks and assist with daily living activities.
- Engage respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating reliability and flexibility.

**Eligibility**

All applicants will be expected to currently hold a AQF Certificate III relevant to the position, and have previous experience in providing direct care service in a health related field, including experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
