Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of the Design team, you will partner with Product and Engineering to create products and experiences for consumers and customers.

Your passion for innovation drives you to create products our consumers and customers love. You will be responsible for designing experiences that connect people and property, through immersive, intuitive and personalized experiences.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute product strategies.
  • Design competitive products that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Mentor and guide Associate Product Designers & Product Designers.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage design activities with a lean mindset.
  • Apply best practices in design to create compelling experiences.
  • Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research to uncover user needs and analyse product performance.
  • Deliver high-quality products and features using systems thinking.
  • Lead design critiques and promote Design Thinking.
  • Monitor the market to keep a close eye on competitors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design using industry-standard tools and best practices.
  • Adept at thriving in agile environments.
  • Comfortable approaching challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strengths in crafting compelling visual and strategic visions.
  • Passion for fostering a collaborative design culture.
  • Strength in building partnerships, growing teams, and providing mentorship.
