Job Overview

The Anatomical Pathology Department is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Medical Scientist in Charge. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the operational and scientific aspects of the department.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient productivity.
  • Provide expert scientific advice to clinical staff on matters related to Anatomical Pathology.
  • Collaborate with laboratory managers and other stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Anatomical pathology workflows, with proficiency in Histology and/or Cytology.
  • Prior experience in managing teams is highly desirable.
