We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team.

The Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Cook and prepare menu items for breakfast service.
    • Ensure dishes are presented consistently and of high quality.
    • Support recipe development, kitchen processes, and maintenance of accurate recipe cards.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.
    • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering procedures.
    • Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum 1 year professional kitchen experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • A strong foundation in cooking techniques and food safety principles.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment.
