About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

This is a mid-senior level full-time position based in Melbourne. You will work closely with project teams to develop and execute change management required to achieve success.

  1. Develop and execute change management strategies, frameworks, and end-to-end plans to drive organisational transformation and champion innovation.
  2. Analyse change impacts, align messaging, and design tailored engagement strategies in partnership with leaders, stakeholders, corporate communications, and product/delivery teams.
  3. Build strong stakeholder relationships, secure sponsorship, and lead engagement forums to ensure activities are sequenced, scheduled, and delivered on time.
  4. Mentor teams, enhance internal change capability, and optimise the REA Change Framework through coaching and workshops.
