Developing Junior Football Coaches

We seek experienced junior academy coaches to join our development program. As a specialist coach, you will work with junior pathway athletes (ages 12-15) designing and delivering targeted skills development sessions.
These roles contribute to the state-wide talent pathway programs, supporting regional academy talent leads and skills acquisition coaches in developing key position junior academy players.
As a specialist coach, you will provide expert guidance to key position players, driving a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment within the region. You will also work with individual players to improve fundamental skills, providing guidance and confidence to support their football careers.
- Provide coaching support and relevant planning for training and match days.
