Regional Football Development Coach

Our organization is seeking a skilled Regional Football Development Coach to support our Tasmania Talent Pathway Programs. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Development Coach to develop and implement training sessions, focusing on individual player growth and technical abilities within a safe and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and preparation of training sessions for U'18 Tasmanian Boys and Girls, U'16 Tasmanian Boys and Girls, and other regional hubs.
- Collaborate with coaching staff to select and develop players, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in Regional and State-based training sessions, match days, and interstate travel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of football coaching principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and commit to working nights and some weekends.
- Visionary leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate players and coaches.
- Sound background and knowledge of coaching principles.
