This role involves approximately 3-4 hours per week. As a Junior Academy Coach, you will coach and facilitate sessions within our Junior Academy (ages 12–15). You'll deliver one weekly training session plus game-day coaching across three regions between February and the end of August.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the relevant coach in planning training and match days.
  • Drive and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for the players and overall culture within the region.
  • Work with individual players to improve their fundamental skills and provide guidance and confidence in their football careers.
  • Act as a line coach and oversee educating the players under your charge.

Desirable Qualifications
  • AFL Silver Coach Accreditation or working towards an AFL Coaching accreditation.
