Job Title: Social Well-being Coach - An Opportunity for Growth and Development

Overview:

The role of a social well-being coach is multifaceted, requiring a blend of interpersonal skills, empathy, and a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding mental health services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each individual's unique situation and needs.
  • Provide informed referrals, connecting people with the right services and supports.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with service users and providers, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey.
  • Champion the ethos of personalized, strengths-based care, striving to make every service interaction as if it were for a friend or loved one.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or other Allied Health Professions.
  • NDISWS and WWCC certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
