Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of project reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative oversight and support to the Delivery Office Lead in the end-to-end delivery of key product and project reporting.
* Manage all organisational reporting duties for the Enterprise Technology Services Portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key reporting and risk assessments.
* Coordinate and deliver organisational reporting on risk, financial data, and people metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in business administration/project management or equivalent experience in program coordination.
* Certification in Project Management/Administration with practical knowledge of project management tools and phases.
* Experience in a large IT PMO and business transformation projects.
