Valet Position

To deliver exceptional customer service and present a polished image, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive outstanding attention from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locating and moving vehicles around the premises as required.
  • Providing assistance as a first point of contact for all queries.
  • Booking relevant transportation for customers as needed.
  • Escalating complaints promptly to ensure swift resolution.
  • Liaising with advisors to support in daily operations.

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all times.
  • High level organizational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality highly desirable.
