Job Title: Senior Merchandise Planner

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Merchandise Planner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandise strategies that drive sales growth and profitability.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a planning role within the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven plans that drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with planning software and systems.
