Role Overview

This is an Assistant Category Buyer - Women's Designer role based in Sydney, NSW. As the #1 fashion e-commerce & lifestyle destination in the region, our platforms provide an inspiring and seamless end-to-end customer experience through our own technology innovations.

Our Social & Influencer Coordinator is an integral part of our team to identify purposeful partnerships with creators and drive engagement on our social channels, and help drive traffic to our app and website through compelling and engaging content that is focused on creating value for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team by jumping in on ad hoc projects, competitor research, and campaign reporting.
  • Manage social media accounts and report for assigned social channel/s - create, plan and schedule engaging and creative social content that aligns with our tone of voice, attitude, personality and brand behaviour in order to meet our objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and measure effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimisation using analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Meltwater etc).
Required Skills and Qualifications

You have at least 2+ years experience working in Social Media.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges.

Exceptional knowledge of influencers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Strong communication, creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that drives value for our communities.

A collaborative attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Known for your eye for detail, accountability and excellent organisational / multitasking skills.

Agile in your approach to work and can pivot easily.

Enthusiastic and curious attitude, and a genuine love of our brand.

As a digital native, you approach everything app and mobile first.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field, or equivalent reputable experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media and/or Public Relations.
