Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and motivating team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through product knowledge and teamwork
  • Delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
  • Acting as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership
  • Leveraging expertise to fit customer needs and maintain awareness of product knowledge and trends
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with products
  • Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
