Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill our Service Advisor position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with the workshop and parts departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed manufacturers' customer satisfaction targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience.
  • Quote up repair jobs and communicate effectively with customers.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department.
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and customer service skills.
  • Sound automotive technical knowledge.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
