We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of automotive technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Determine the best course of action to resolve customer concerns over the phone or in person
  • Accurately record customer information and data into our system
  • Conduct transactions with customers and provide clear explanations of services performed
  • Communicate estimated completion times and regular updates to customers
  • Cordinate delivery or pickup of customer vehicles
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with work performed

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with the public
  • Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Retail customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
