Key Performance Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our team as a Key Performance Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker to drive business results and inspire high performance from our team members.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, attendance, fitness for work, and disciplinary matters. They will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, driving results in a highly regulated environment, and ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders and frontline staff.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive decisions and facilitate outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience leading large teams, with a proven track record in case management, employee performance oversight, and coaching others.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve key business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, attendance, fitness for work, and disciplinary matters.
  • Drive results in a highly regulated environment through effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Apply strategic thinking to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience leading large teams in a 'just culture' environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven case management and employee performance oversight expertise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and motivate others under pressure.
