Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower your team to deliver outstanding results.

  • Deliver sales, profit, and productivity targets by ensuring the achievement of all business objectives
  • Maintain a high-performing team through collaborative leadership, training, and development

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for the retail industry and exceptional service skills
  • Proven experience in managing a retail or similar business

  • Experience in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
