Job Title: Program Management Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert program and project management support to help us deliver strategic projects and programs that benefit the community.

Reporting to the Planning and Project Management Lead within our Corporate Planning and Performance team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining our project management system and other reporting-related processes on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the system is operational and working with stakeholders to maintain system integrity;
  • Tracking and analysing projects by reporting on performance against agreed KPIs, identifying key risks, variances, and trends;
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance organisational understanding of project management and how to use the project management system;
  • Collaborating with team members and service units to deliver quality project reporting, analytics, and corporate documentation for internal stakeholders and the Executive Leadership Team.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of project and program management principles, project methodologies and tools;
  • Strong time management and organisation skills to manage competing priorities and meet stakeholder expectations;
