Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer returns and approve returned garment quality
- Accurately record return data
- Communicate professionally and promptly with customers regarding exchanges, credit, refunds, and product assessments
- Pick and pack, returning products to shelves and perform other ad hoc warehousing tasks

Requirements:

You will possess strong administrative skills, prior experience working within administration/warehousing environments, and excellent data entry skills. You must be able to respond professionally and promptly using your communication skills, be self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks. A willingness to exceed customer expectations is essential, as is enjoying a fast-paced environment and working collaboratively within a close-knit team.
