Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Return to Work Specialist. This role involves facilitating the return to work of injured employees, working closely with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the return to work of injured employees, including coordinating rehabilitation initiatives and reasonable adjustments.
  • Work collaboratively with managers to develop and implement effective return to work strategies.
  • Manage statutory claims to maximise outcomes for both the employee and the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports within our injury management software.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a return to work or injury management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Highly proficient in the use of technology, including Microsoft suite of products and online injury management software.
