We're seeking a Sustainability Specialist to drive environmental, social, financial, and governance goals.

The role involves assisting the project in meeting sustainability requirements, ensuring sustainable outcomes that benefit customers and meet contractual obligations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving a culture of contemporary thinking to achieve ESG goals
  • Supporting delivery of project-specific sustainability goals
  • Providing technical direction to project teams in relation to sustainability requirements
  • Developing and delivering sustainability training programs
  • Accelerating learning and development through coaching, sharing knowledge, and mentoring
  • Compiling and reviewing sustainability rating tool submissions
  • Monitoring, measuring, and evaluating sustainability performance
  • Reporting against sustainability objectives on a regular basis
  • Driving sustainable outcomes during all phases of the project

To be successful, you must have a degree in Engineering, Science, Sustainability, or associated disciplines, with 3-5 years' experience in the construction industry, prior exposure to ISC v1.2 & 2.1, and proficiency in measuring, analysing, and communicating sustainability performance.
