**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled metal fabricator to join our team as a Welder.

As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for meeting day-to-day aluminum sheet metal requirements, assisting with product improvement, and handling custom requests. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manufacturing and fitting custom-built aluminium trays;
  • Operating CNC machines and press brakes to assist with broader manufacturing of slide on campers and canopies;
  • Collaborating with design teams to update and modify CAD files.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A trade qualification or equivalent experience in aluminium TIG welding;
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
  • Experience with mechanical fitting is desirable;
  • Knowledge of CNC machine operation and press brake use is an asset;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
