Job Description

The role will provide technical environmental and rehabilitation advice to our Operations team. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with site revegetation and rehabilitation planning, coordination, and supervision.
  • Partnering with internal & external stakeholders for accurate environmental advice.
  • Coordinating, conducting, and reviewing environmental monitoring.
  • Managing contractors and consultants from scope preparation to project completion.
  • Preparing and reviewing technical environmental reports.
  • Assisting with environmental incident investigations and corrective actions.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science/Management, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Well-established experience in a similar role.
  • A proven track record with NSW environmental approval process and statutory reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
