Job Title: Disability Employment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Employment Consultant. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping people with disabilities become work-ready and find suitable employment opportunities. They will work closely with job seekers, employers, and other stakeholders to source employment opportunities and provide ongoing support to job seekers throughout their employment journey.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Helping job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
  • Developing and implementing joint job plans to support a clear pathway to employment
