Role Overview

We are experiencing rapid growth with our B2B strategic partners and seeking ambitious, driven individuals with previous sales experience to join our expanding team of Business Development Executives. This is a pure business development role with strong qualified leads to pursue, so we are looking for someone who thrives on developing relationships, networking and closing new opportunities within a short sales cycle.

You will have the opportunity to present and demonstrate our payments platform, its capabilities and relevant program economics. You'll play a key role liaising externally with our partners to close new business in your allocated state territory. You will also work closely with our dedicated customer success teams to ensure continued growth and a positive ongoing customer experience once your clients are onboarded.

Initially you will work within an established partner and be rewarded for your efforts with Base + Commission + Tools + Allowances. You will be provided with internal training as well as ongoing support from your leader.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years working in sales (both phone-based and in-person)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Hunter mentality with growth mindset

Work Arrangements

This role is split between 70% on the phone, 10% on road, and 20% administration and planning. A driver's license and own car are not essential but preferred. Reports to the Director, Strategic Partnerships (B2B). The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. The position is full time working both from home and office.
