We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing business relationships with corporate clients, promoting account retention and growth, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients, including SMEs and large corporate clients.
- Expand business opportunities through strategic account management and relationship-building.
- Maintain and grow key accounts by delivering exceptional customer service and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Review account profitability and provide analysis to inform business decisions.
- Support client needs and requirements through proactive account management and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate data and identify sales opportunities.
- Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with clients.
- Intermediate Excel skills and ability to analyze data.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a similar role.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $100,000, plus superannuation, and up to a $10,000 incentive. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities and a range of company benefits.
