We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Venue Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact and take your career to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Create a memorable and engaging atmosphere for our guests, through innovative events and activities.
  • Support and develop the skills of your team members, through coaching, training, and mentoring.
  • Assist with the management of front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including rostering, training, budgeting, forecasting, recruitment, and labour management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
  • Obsession with providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong time management and administrative skills.
