We seek a seasoned Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our team.

Based in the Yarra Valley, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Setting priorities for yourself and the team
  • Team briefings to address upcoming challenges
  • Collaborating with hotel leadership on quality metrics
  • Delivering rooms to hotels on time for guest arrival
  • Staying in touch with the team and providing necessary resources
  • Administration related to Health and Safety, billing, and rostering
  • Servicing guests with a smile
  • Effective handovers to the team
  • Closing each day knowing tomorrow brings new opportunities
