Director, Injury Management Job Summary">

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our injury management initiatives. As the Director, Injury Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent injuries and manage workers' compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Injury Prevention and Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent workplace injuries and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Claims Management: Oversee the effective management of workers' compensation claims, including common law matters, to minimize costs and liability.
  • Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team to drive injury prevention and claims management practices across the department.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in injury management and claims administration.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop evidence-based solutions.
