About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Support Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our consumers.

The successful applicant will work under the guidance of our qualified healthcare professionals to provide support services that promote consumer independence and well-being. You will be responsible for carrying out duties that complement the therapy program of our consumers, including face-to-face and non-face-to-face tasks.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with consumers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals to carry out duties that support consumer therapy programs
  • Provide face-to-face and non-face-to-face support services to consumers
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with consumers, family members, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance and demonstrated experience working in a healthcare setting. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
