At Catholic Healthcare, we are looking for a Care Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to provide high-quality clinical care to residents.
Job Description:The Care Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, as per the Aged Care Quality Standards and CHL policy and procedures. This includes providing leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess:
- A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Comprehensive Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age – related health issues
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety
- Previous experience working within a Residential Aged care setting in a similar role
- Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others
- Strong customer centric approach to business
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Competent IT skills including full Microsoft suite
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
